Armed man shot and killed after entering perimeter around Trump’s Florida home
An armed man was shot and killed after unlawfully entering the secure perimeter around Mar-a-Lago, according to the Secret Service. US Secret Service agents and Palm Beach County law enforcement responded to the incident Sunday morning.
The shooting occurred as the intruder breached the restricted area surrounding former President Trump’s Florida residence. Authorities did not disclose the man’s identity pending notification of relatives.
Security teams remain on scene as the investigation continues and perimeter safety measures are reviewed.
